3D Printing with ABS

In addition to its CNC capabilities ClickFold now offers 3D Printing. Very much like an ink-jet printer a 3D printer deposits liquid ABS drops. Layer by layer it creates a part up to 12x8x8" in size with no geometric limitations. This process is uniquely suited for low quantities of small and complex parts which can incorporated into or solvent welded to any of our other ABS products. Combining the cost effiency of our ZERO-TOOLING fabrication methods with the level of detail offered by 3D Printing expands the range of possibilties ClickFold can offer its customers.

DiBond Structure

DIBOND is an aluminum/polyethylene composite material that offers high stiffness at a lower weight and cost than aluminum. It can be processed using the ZERO-TOOLING process that ClickFold empoys for its non-composite materials.

Integrating DIBOND components allows for for larger products such as kiosks and oversized instruments panels. Its greater stiffness also makes it a good choice for heavy component chassis and enclosure base panels with casters. In addition to a latge pallet of colors DIBOND is also avaiable in brushed metal finishes.
